        HERE'S WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE GOT TO SAY

....the type of foreshore we have in the area of the Gulf around Karumba.....miles of tidal flats, shoals and sand bars as far as the eye can see. The Hovercraft is ideal for traversing this type of country and we have occasions where it is the only craft we can use to reach people needing help.

.... on the plus side is the ease with which one person can launch, use and recover the craft due to it's light construction and balance on the trailer.

All in all we have found it (the hovercraft) to be a very valuable addition to our rescue capacity for this area .....its abilities to perform where nothing short of a helicopter could have assisted the situation.

I think the hovercraft, is a specialized craft that will find it's niche in many areas of emergency response work. We would certainly not like to be without one up here in the Gulf country.
